Album
Charles Lawson
December (Late Again)
Historical ballads, easy-listening folk, Christian reflection, soft rock, memories from the past and story threads throughout his albums.
Oregon music imprint
Sunriver Studios is a small Oregon music imprint producing easy listening, some jazz and some blues, soft rock, faith-based songs, historical ballads, and the occasional punk rant from the mountains of the Pacific Northwest.
Reflections, room tone, old stories, good wood, worn grooves, and a few amps that still have very strong opinions.
Reflections
The quieter side of Sunriver Studios leans into reflection on memories, faith, missed turns, and the soft-rock/folk instinct to make peace with the past while hopefully shedding light on the future.

Album
Historical ballads, easy-listening folk, Christian reflection, soft rock, memories from the past and story threads throughout his albums.
Single
Dreamy, grounded soft rock with deep Scottish roots and a candlelit edge.
Single
Punk rock with the advisory label already earned, and no visible interest in group therapy.
Coming soon
Northwest jazz with late-night room tone, occasionally drifting off into the blues. Links will appear when the needle drops.
Artists
Four corners of the room: ballads, jazz, blues and more. Also the punk guy kicking the baseboard.
Historical ballads, Easy Listening, Christian reflection, and soft rock memories. Plus the continuing story of Crossing Borders.
Dreamy, grounded soft rock with deep Scottish roots and a reflective edge. She throws in a bit of Scottish history as well.
Small-combo jazz and blues for rain, streetlights, last calls, and really good beers or wines.
He’s been burned, he’s still not over it, and apparently the guitars had to hear about it.
The room
Nostalgia is rampant. We learn from the past to improve our futures.
1945 D28 - Adirondack spruce tops, Brazilian rosewood. Very moody and proud of it.
Technics RS-1520 Reel to Reel - McIntosh Tribute - Almost too beautiful to touch. The sound is as gorgeous as is the body.
The big ones. These are monolithic pieces of furniture that embody a velvet wall of sound.
